| If you look at the
bends formed on these two chairs, you can see that the inside of the
left chair is deformed into folds. Once
the chair leg is under stress, these folds will concentrate the force
on certain points. And that is where a stress crack can
begin to form.
Eventually the leg will snap off and the chair
will be junk for disposal.
